What you Need:
- 1 cup heavy cream, really cold
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, really cold
- 4½ teaspoons matcha tea powder
- 3 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Make your Matcha Ice Cream!
Mix the matcha tea powder in 3 tablespoons of hot water and leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff. The colder the cream, the better it will whip. Once your matcha tea is cool, mix in the condense milk and fold this mixture into the still cream gently. Place in a plastic contianer with a lid and put this in the freezer for at least six hours. Scoop out and enjoy your matcha ice cream!
