How to make Chocolate Matcha Energy Balls
Choose dates that are moist and sticky and put them in your food processor and crank it up until a soft dough forms. Divide the dough into ten even parts and roll into little balls. Dust with your Matcha Zen culinary matcha powder and enjoy! You can store them in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to three months.
