What you need for Matcha Pasta
- 2 cups ’00’ or all-purpose flour
- 2 large free-range eggs
- 1 tsp matcha tea powder
Place the flour and matcha on a clean surface. Make a well in the center and break the eggs into it. With a fork, lightly beat the eggs. Using your finger tips, gently start stirring the eggs, slowly incorporating the flour as you go. When all the flour is mixed in, knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and silky. Run it through a pasta machine to make the pasta you need.
